a wedding up north

January 4, 2010

A few days before Christmas, my sister finally tied the knot. And Riza’s nephew Yuan was chosen to be the bible bearer. And that’s the main reason why we traveled north. Stopping by Clark and Subic, a few days before Christmas. We went to the church the night before the wedding to practice Yuan walking down the aisle. We didn’t do much progress as many things were getting his attention. We feared that I’d have to carry him all the way. So early the next day, wedding day, we got all dressed up in our suits (thank goodness for fat burner eh?), and went to church. Good thing Yuan was in such a good mood and was laughing and charming the people around him. He also stopped tugging on his suit and settled to busy himself with the beautiful dressed people in the church. Look how happy he was!

And when his turn to walk the aisle came, we were all surprised that he walked at all.

To my sister S., Best Wishes, and to her husband A., Congratulations and welcome to the family!
