February 2, 2010About two weeks ago, while driving home from work, my wife and I had this conversation.
Rico: I think we should change our name?
Riza: To what?
Rico: I think “Bugok” would be adequate. Rico Bugok. It kinda has a nice ring to it.
Riza: Why Bugok?
Rico: Well, we’ve been trying to have a baby for a year now. And since we’re not yet pregnant, we have bugok eggs!
Well guess what? We’re not bugok after all.
We found out three days before leaving for Singapore and Kuala Lumpur that Riza is pregnant. We were so excited that we immediately told our parents and friends, and called my parents in the province using our Bluetooth headset. I knew it! It’s going to be one awesome year!

Hi! I found your blog at topblogs. Congratulations on the new baby! It must be five months old by now. Do you already know if it’s a boy or a girl? My husband and I waited 2 years for our first. Then they kept coming. We have three now, and the eldest is just turning 6!
